These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any Omayoza Ultra licence purchased through it. By using this site or purchasing a licence, you agree to these terms.
The service
Omoyoza Global Resources, trading as Omayoza ("we", "us"), licenses Omayoza Ultra, an automated Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, together with the Premium Offer's VPS hosting, installation, setup, and support described on this site.
Licence rules
A licence is personal to the trading account it is activated on. You may not copy, resell, or share your licence with another person or account. Licences cannot be transferred to another broker or trading account — see our Refund & Licence Policy for the full activation and transfer rules. Reinstalls on the same account (new VPS, new terminal, rebuild) are unlimited at no charge.
Payments and refunds
All prices are quoted in US dollars. Payment is accepted via Selar (card, bank transfer, mobile money) or directly with USDT. All sales are final — see our Refund & Licence Policy for details.
Risk
Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk. Use of Omayoza Ultra does not guarantee profit. See our Risk Disclosure for the full statement.
Limitation of liability
Omoyoza Global Resources is a software provider, not a broker, fund manager, or licensed financial adviser, and does not provide investment or trading advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses incurred while using Omayoza Ultra.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
