When you submit the contact form, a license request, a Buy Now order, or the onboarding form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (where given), trading account details, and any message or comment you include.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, process your license request or order, and provide setup support. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Payment information
Omayoza does not process card payments directly on this site. Card, bank transfer, and mobile money payments are handled by Selar; USDT payment details are shared with you directly on WhatsApp per order rather than published on the site. We do not collect or store card numbers or wallet private keys.
Data retention
We retain enquiry and order records for as long as needed to provide support and meet our accounting obligations, and delete them on request where we are not legally required to keep them.
